There are no refunds/exchanges on custom transfers. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow all instructions provided for submitting prints ready to print, application and wash care.
Care Instructions: Before washing be sure to turn the garment inside out. Wash only with cold water, do not use fabric softener or bleach and dry at low temperatures.
